Generations- People born around the same time, the "Chosen" Generations that are born every 250 years (under the Scions Arrow) are treated much the same as any regular generation, but it is simply known that those born during the time may have a special fate. It is never known which individual is the one born with a special fate, however. Generally, there is no special treatment given to any of them, unless, of course, their actions gain it.

Destiny- The belief that all men (and women!) will eventually come to occurrences in their lives that nothing could change. For example, if 2 are destine to become great friends, no amount of strife could theoretically stop them. Destiny is supposedly un-yieldingly hard to change, if at all possible.

Fate- Fate is the common belief that a certain event is what one has been preparing for all their life; it is much like destiny. (often, destiny and fate are synonyms.)
